I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with Aronsen Counseling Services. I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an additional concentration in Professional Clinical Counseling. Over the past several years I have worked as a Certified Drug and Alcohol counselor, treating those with addiction and co-occurring disorders. I have experience in outpatient, inpatient, and in-custody settings. Additionally, I work as an on-call crisis specialist, serving those who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences. Drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, I aim to facilitate a collaborative process that supports clients in gaining insights, developing coping strategies, and fostering meaningful change. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen connections, and achieve a more fulfilling life.

My name is Vivian—I work with my clients to focus on goals they want to achieve. I
believe in authenticity, flexibility, and building meaningful relationships with my clients. I’ve been in the mental health/psychology field for about seven years; my educational experience includes Cuesta College, University of California, Irvine, and Penn State University. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, neurodivergent individuals, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. That being said, I am happy to book with anyone who would like to work with me; I have worked with a diverse clientele of all ages with a wide variety of clinical concerns. I take an eclectic approach to therapy that matches the needs of the client to the style of therapy—typically I will use person-centered therapy, play therapy techniques, art/music therapy techniques,
behavioral therapy techniques, and cognitive restructuring. I’m trained in treating all clinical disorders, family struggles, coming-of-age concerns, substance/alcohol use disorders, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Hello! My name is Jesse Tatum and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Aronsen Counseling Services. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UC Davis and my Master’s degree in Counseling with a Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling specialization from Palo Alto University.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. I utilized an integrative approach to individual counseling which includes Gestalt/Existential approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused approaches. I am also passionate about family counseling with a focus on attachment.

Jakki has over 13 years of experience. Her education includes a degree program with over 1700 hours and two sports massage internships and is trained in several modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Pregnancy, and Sports Massage.

Jakki is known as the "Velvet Hammer" due to her extensive knowledge, compassion, and experience massaging all body types, coupled with her love for the profession. She also currently is employed at Spa Allegretto in Paso Robles, CA.
