compassion and empathy, notice when they are ready to dig deeper, and offer support. I enjoy helping
people to recognize unhelpful thought patterns and learn to change them. I am passionate about
mindfulness meditation as a way of calming anxiety and gaining insight.
In addition to mindfulness, some of my favorite modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and parts work. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, singing, and
playing games.
