After seven years of working in community mental health, I have seen all types of blended families. Working with children with trauma has been a passion of mine. As an adoptive parent as well as a stepparent, I have a unique position and understanding of blended families. I have a down to earth and casual style that uses many cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and values.
