After seven years of working in community mental health, I have seen all types of blended families. Working with children with trauma has been a passion of mine. As an adoptive parent as well as a stepparent, I have a unique position and understanding of blended families. I have a down to earth and casual style that uses many cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and values. My mission is to support you in creating and nurturing the best version of yourself through whatever challenges life may throw at you.
