I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with Aronsen Counseling Services. I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an additional concentration in Professional Clinical Counseling. Over the past several years I have worked as a Certified Drug and Alcohol counselor, treating those with addiction and co-occurring disorders. I have experience in outpatient, inpatient, and in-custody settings. Additionally, I work as an on-call crisis specialist, serving those who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences. Drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, I aim to facilitate a collaborative process that supports clients in gaining insights, developing coping strategies, and fostering meaningful change. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen connections, and achieve a more fulfilling life.
