My name is Monica, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #146445. I believe that each person has their own unique journey and I believe that it is important to use an individualized approach to help clients. I work to develop positive relationships with my clients with a foundation of both trust and honesty. I have worked with individuals, families, and children. Some of the most common challenges I have helped clients address are stress, depression, anxiety, anger management, family conflict, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and addiction. I have worked with a variety of populations including children, teens, and adults.

I have a Bachelor in Psychology from Columbia College. In 2014, I graduated from Alaska Pacific University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in a variety of settings including Residential, Substance Abuse, Community Care with children and families in Foster Care/Probation and Private Practice. I am also a STOP Certified Group Facilitator for Batterers Intervention Program with Probation.
