meaningful change. I support clients navigating relationship challenges,
self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress reduction, and life
transitions. I draw from a range of approaches tailored to each person’s
needs —including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and meditation practices, and trauma-
informed care.
My approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion for each person’s unique healing journey.
