Hello! My name is Jesse Tatum and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Aronsen Counseling Services. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UC Davis and my Master’s degree in Counseling with a Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling specialization from Palo Alto University.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. I utilized an integrative approach to individual counseling which includes Gestalt/Existential approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused approaches. I am also passionate about family counseling with a focus on attachment.
I believe through a person-centered, acceptance, and empathetic approach that you have the tools and ability to have a strong sense of self, to be empowered, and to work through life’s big challenges on the journey to greater well-being.
